Profit Sharing - All upgraded members will be provided

include 75% of net profits from Royal Profit Ads and will be shared by JV and

The Bonus is designed to
reward active members who assist in making Royal Profit Ads a sucessful text ad
exchange. Members who bring in $10.00 or more in business in any month qualify
for the bonus. The bonus may be quite lucrative depending on the number of
members who qualify for the bonus as the bonus monies are divided equally among
qualifying members.
*Finally, profit sharing is
designed to reward JV and Pro members appropriately. Royal Profit Ads reserves
the right to change the percentages rewarded at each level to ensure JV members
are rewared the most.

Purchases - Purchase the Rolling Rebate Special Offer and you will be a
awarded a $5 rebate once 2 additional purchases the Rolling Rebate Special
Offer have been made by any member including yourself.
Contests and
Drawings - Royal Profit Ads will find ways to allow you to earn more by
sponsering contests and drawings. For example it our goal to always have an
offer with a drawing. To be eligible for the drawing simply purchase the ad
package. Since the only members eligible for the drawing are those who made a
purchase, your odds of winning are always very good.
Royal Profit Ads will
attempt to continue making active membership rewarding and fun by sponsering
various other contests and drawings from time to time. Rules for contests and
drawings will always be clearly explained. Any drawings for ad package purchases
will be explained on the offer page.
Commissions - All members have the opportunity to earn
residual commissions on ad sales and member upgrades. Additionally there is paid
advertising with members earing commission to view these ads - often referred to
as Pay To Click (PTC) ads. We believe very strongly that only active members of
the text ad community should be rewarded such commissions in cash. Royal Profit
Ads will not pay members whose only commissions are eaned by clicking PTC ads.
